These noodles are made from glucomannan, a type of fiber that comes from the root of the konjac plant. They contain a lot of water. In fact, they are about 97% water and 3% glucomannan fiber. They're also very low in calories and contain no digestible carbs! In addition, their viscous fiber functions as a prebiotic. It nourishes the bacteria living in your colon, also known as the gut flora or microbiota.⁣

I love to travel. I love to be comfortable while traveling. I like to look cute while comfortably traveling. I just went to Spain and was on the hunt for comfortable airport gear. I found some amazing comfortable sweatsuits for my multiple flights and paired them with some chunky dad sneakers.

What's in my Barcelona Suitcase!

Can’t wait for my trip this week! I’m going to Stockholm, Barcelona and San Sebastian! It’s going to be a little chilly- high 60’s so I’ve packed some cozy sweaters and cute jackets! I’m such a bad packer so I like to plan everything I’m going to wear in advance and take photos so that I don’t over pack. It's wedding season!

First wedding of the season is here! Love this wrap dress from Tularosa. It comes in so many colors and can be dressed up or down. I removed the cap sleeves, but it wasn’t by choice. It was actually due to a botched job by the tailor so we had to remove the sleeves but I wish I could have kept them. Either way, the dress is gorgeous on!
